Kids Days Out In Lake District

The Lake District - perhaps Britains most popular park. Great for days out with families and things to do.
There are many walks for families in the National Park and you can obtain routes from most of the Tourist Offices in the main towns. At Lake Windermere you can take boat trips or just browse amongst the shops. There are also parks where you can picnic including Fell Foot Park managed by the National Trust.
The Lakes Aquarium is also worth visiting especially on a sunny with lots of things to do and see for the kids.
Why not take a guided walk with the Lake District Walker along beautiful tracks amidst fantastic scenery.
There are also other towns worth visiting and many great places to stay if you are taking a short break.
