Kids Days Out In Wrexham

Wrexham is an easy and cheap day out from Chester, Shrewsbury or north Wales, and a good share of what is here is free.

We list 15 attractions in the area. Waterworld is the indoor pool with the flumes, Alyn Waters is the largest country park in the county and costs nothing, and Ty Mawr on the Dee has the farm animals and the walks under the aqueduct.

Wrexham has two stations and is well connected. The country parks have free parking, which is not something you can say about much of north Wales in summer.
