Kids Days Out In Shropshire
Shropshire is a quiet county with two very good National Trust properties in Attingham Park and Weston Park, both of which are more forgiving of small children running about than most stately homes.
We list 25 attractions across the county, 3 of them free. Shrewsbury covers the indoor side with the trampoline park and Theatre Severn, and Telford has the bigger leisure facilities.
Attingham gets busy on sunny weekends but the grounds absorb it. The deer park walk is the one worth doing if you have an hour rather than a day.
