We are a unique indoor trampoline arena in Southampton, with facilities and sessions to target all ages and abilities also offering disability sessions.

Wall Runners
Tumble Tracks
Free Running area
2 Foam Pits
Under 5 Area

We provide a fun and safe environment for all ages to enjoy. We also run Flip Fit classes ( an exercise class taken by one of our personal trainers, designed to tone and shape )
Not only this but we do our very own little ninja classes. Teaching your young ones to do flips safely turning them into your own skilled ninja by the end of the 6 week course.
