Hide and Secrets at Burghley House, Stamford

Hide and Secrets is the woodland adventure playground in the grounds of Burghley House, themed around William Cecil, who served as England's first Chief Spymaster. The structure runs over several levels with two large slides, climbing walls, wobbly walkways, rope bridges, tunnels and lookout nests. There is a separate area for toddlers, plus accessible platforms and sensory walls, and an activity booklet sends children hunting for hidden moles. It pairs well with the house and gardens if you want a full day.
