Littlehampton

Littlehampton is a quieter alternative to the bigger Sussex resorts, with a long sandy beach, a working harbour and a river mouth to walk along. Harbour Park sits right on the seafront with rides and amusements aimed at younger children. Out of Bounds covers a wet day with ten pin bowling and Clip n Climb under one roof, and Littlehampton Museum is small, free and central. The East Beach has one of the longest benches in the country along the promenade, which children treat as a challenge rather than a seat.
