Victoria Leeds Jurassic Trail

From 30th July to 4th September, the city of Leeds will be turning back time to the Jurassic era as 12 animatronic dinosaurs take over the city, including two at Victoria Leeds. Throughout the summer season, the premium shopping destination is encouraging families to get out and explore the city trail by offering £5 all-day parking at their award-winning multi-storey car park to those explorers bagging 5 stamps or more. Families must get their parking ticket verified at the Victoria Leeds customer service desk by presenting their completed maps with at least five stamps.

Start the trail at Victoria Leeds and collect a map from the customer service desk in Victoria Gate and begin the hunt for some prehistoric beasts. You can find the mighty Victoria, a 10m Amargasaurus, which towers above shoppers, outside the John Lewis store.

From Victoria Gate, explore the historic Victoria Quarter and follow the cute roars of something lurking beyond. There you will discover a sweet 2m baby triceratops, named Tori. You can find her on the central mosaic outside Kiehls and Berry's before heading out into the city to discover more of the trail's impressive creatures.

Younger explorers can rest up from all the action by heading inside John Lewis to enjoy an interactive dino story before meeting a newly-hatched baby dinosaur. Special rangers will be on hand to escort visitors and provide fascinating facts on the baby dinos. Dino Storytime Adventures is available on the weekends of 30th/31st July, 13th/14th August, 27th/28th/29th August and is located in the 4th floor community hub at John Lewis, Victoria Gate. Sessions run at 10am, 11am, 12pm, 1pm, 2pm and 3pm. Booking is not required.
